Along with your facecovering, please continue to practice regular hand hygiene and stay home if you are feeling unwell.
Although restrictions are being lifted, we are still taking a cautious approach as we ramp up our services. Due to self-isolation rules, we do have some resourcing challenges that prevent us from opening up all of our services at this time.
Beginning March 7, 2022, our customer service desk with reopen to the public with one or two kiosks open. Customer service will continue to be provided through the phone, in-person and online. Pre-registration is required for recreational swims, fitness and children/youth programs. As of March 7, all swimming participants must go to the customer service desk to obtain their swimming wristband and get marked off on the attendance list. Clients attending swimming lessons, aquafit or early morning swims (before 8:30 a.m. weekdays), can go directly to the pool where the instructor will take attendance).
Your patience is appreciated as move forward. Please continue to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page on our website.
