Mark has been with the City of Belleville since he was a teenager, starting as the Harbour Supervisor and now, he is our Manager of Recreation Services. He was known as Mr. Belleville at university due to his passion for his hometown.
Mark loves spending time with family and friends and exploring Canada and the world. In his spare time, you will find him golfing, cycling, hiking, or playing practically any sport.
Mark will be retiring at the end of February, and he can’t wait to do even MORE of everything listed above.
