Giveaway Day – April 20
- Giveaway Day is an eco-friendly community event initiated by the Green Task Force.
- Belleville residents are encouraged to put out gently used household items that are no longer wanted to the curb for pick-up.

Cultivating a Heritage Landscape Presented by Glanmore – April 20
- Glanmore National Historic Site, 2:00 p.m.
- Just ahead of Earth Day 2024, Cultivating a Heritage Landscape is offered in partnership with landscape architect Victoria Taylor. In this presentation you will learn about what restoration means beyond built heritage, how community plays a role, the delights of native, naturalistic and heirloom plantings – and what might be possible on a city lot, like that on which Glanmore stands. Following the presentation there will be ample time for questions and answers.
