You can rent meeting rooms at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre. All meeting rooms come with tables and chairs, a counter top with sink, and a tv or projector. To book, you can submit a Facility Rental Request Form or contact us.

What you need to know when booking a facility
To ensure you have a positive experience, please make sure you are familiar with the following rules/guidelines:
- You must be 18 years of age to rent a facility
- A signed contract and payment is required to confirm your booking
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings (due to maintenance, weather, etc.)
- 10 business days for one time bookings are required for cancellations
- Each facility has it's own rules/guidelines
- If you're looking to have a special event, you will work with City staff to confirm details
