Ten years ago we were all getting ready to open the newly expanded Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre. Through the tremendous hard work and support of so many we opened the QSWC to the public on August 20, 2012.
In recognition of our 10th Anniversary, we will be hosting a 10th Anniversary Celebration Week from August 15-20 with free activities for our clients. Our week of celebration will give us the opportunity to thank clients and staff for all they do to make the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre a place where everyone is welcome.
Schedule of Events
Pre-registration is required for all activities. All activities listed are FREE! Book online or call our office at 613-966-4632. We also have guided tours daily: Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Information booths featuring our minor sports groups and city departments will also be on hand.

Expanded facilities and services
On August 20, 2012, the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre, located at 265 Cannifton Road opened the newly expanded facility to the public.
The facility was expanded by more than 177,000 square feet, with the building now totaling over 330,000 square feet. This project equally funded by the Governments of Canada, Ontario and the City of Belleville boasts the addition of highly energy efficient and customer friendly features and includes:
- Four arenas (Family Dental Centre, Mackay Insurance, Wally Dever and CAA)
- Templeman Aquatic Centre (main, therapy and preschool pools)
- Gymnasium
- Family Dental Centre Indoor Track
- Meeting room space
- Youth room
- Pre-school room
- Fitness studios (workout, aerobic, yoga)
