Workout Studio: Check out the Workout Studio and see the variety of equipment for both cardio workouts and strength training. Take a step towards being a healthier you. Times for public drop in visits, personal training, group classes, and group rentals are available.
Family Dental Centre Indoor Track: Whether it is too hot, raining or if you just prefer walking indoors; enjoy the free walking/running track located on the second floor of the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre. Please review the rules so you can follow the track etiquette.
Staying fit just became easier! Don’t let bad weather or icy conditions keep you from enjoying your daily walk. Take advantage of the great rubberized and heated Family Dental Centre Indoor Track (Walking and Running), which offers free daily walking/running hours so that everybody can increase their health benefits without having to worry about the cost.
Come in and pick-up your “Wellness Passport” for your free access to the track. Open times: Monday to Sunday: 6:00am-9:00pm

Please call 613-966-4632 as times and/or availability may change for these drop-in programs. Please pre-register as drop-in programs will be cancelled if minimum registrations are not received.
